EPS disini bukan akronim dari Earning per Share haha, tapi akronim dari Economy-Psycho-Sosio, jadi belakangan saya mulai tertarik browsing-browsing n baca artikel-artikel di wikipedia, tentang Psikologi manusia, bagaimana manusia mengambil keputusan dari sejenis game theory begitu mereka dihadapkan dengan faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial hehe. Triggernya juga dari serial-serial macam Lie to Me ama Liar Game sih hehe.
Ekonomi dan Psikologi adalah beberapa cabang ilmu yang bagi saya menarik, belakangan saya mulai menemukan letak kesamaan kedua cabang ilmu ini, dan ternyata kaitannya memang cukup erat, Ekonomi dan Psikologi adalah dua komponen utama yang menyebabkan kita manusia melakukan tindakan dan mengambil keputusan sehari-hari, jadi mengapa kita memilih naik taksi daripada angkot, mengapa harga kopi di starbucks mahal, namun tetep banyak pelanggannya, mengapa para PSK tetap memilih bekerja sebagai PSK walaupun mereka mengetahui resiko terkena HIV cukup besar, kenapa seorang dosen mengajar dengan metode tertentu, jawaban-jawaban logisnya bisa kita cari tahu dengan menggunakan ilmu ekonomi dan psikologi standar, termasuk sosiologi, ketika keputusan-keputusan itu, berhubungan dengan orang lain atau kelompok. Hal-hal tersebut bisa kita baca di buku karangannya Tim Harford yang berjudul "The Logic of Life" ama "The Undercover Economist" haha saya belum tamat baca dua-duanya sih :p.
Initinya ya bagi saya mempelajari hal-hal absurd kayak gini menarik, jauh lebih menarik dari Akuntansi yang pernah saya sukai waktu kuliah dulu, Kimia yang juga pernah saya sukai waktu SMA dulu, atau Bahasa Inggris yang sampe sekarang masih saya sukai, so interested eh? I bet you guys didn't haha.

I think I ever created a post called "Perspective" and it is kinda similar with this one, but whatever I will just write what I want, hahaha, Today, I really got lesson from my reflection (alah gaya haha) that sometimes-if not always we should see something from others' point of view, cause it will open our minds that once again, nothing is absolute right nor absolutely wrong in this world, it is just the matter of point of view, where for sure, each person will have their own-unique point of views.
A point of view, can be simply-defined as the way a person sees something from their perspective, that's why many wise-man said that when you encounter a problem, try to see it from others' point of view, cause by understanding others' point of view, you open up you mind for something new, something fresh which is good for yourself, isn't it?
Sometimes, idealist are having a hard time trying to see a problem from the other view, just like myself, cause for them, having found that their values, and judgement is wrong or false is feel like some kind of punch in their face, it hurts their dignity, btw, fanatics is the hard-core a kind of hardcore idealist haha, some others are just don't care about somebody else, this kind of people are a typical rationalist, they are the ones who act really like a perfect economist, chasing to meet their self-interest, and will only support a social-interest, if that social-interest, intersect their self-interest haha, and you know some great novelist and author are really good viewers cause they can create a unique character in their book, along with their own kind of views, for me, that was just amazing hehe.
Suppose that you are a writer, who wants to write a story about what was happening in your office today, the way you tell or write the sequences, the people, and the atmosphere is your own point of view, though sometimes writer can write a story from third-person point of view, the same thing can also be applied to our lives, the way we see people around us, the problem we face, and the goal of our life, is our point of view about this life, and absolutely each of us has a different way to see our goal in this life, that's why it is better to understand and see everything from others' point of view, cause it helps you to compare, and evaluate your views, and thus, makes you understand how unique people are.
I bet you guys have ever seen a similar kind of pictures like the above one, it is one of the simplest way to learn about point of view although I somehow disagree with the meaning of every point of view haha. By the way what's your view about this blog, you see it as a great blog?, a pathetic crybaby blog?, or just an ordinary blog? haha from my point of view, this blog is just some kind of random blog, who were filled up with many un-important things and story haha, God created 7 million people with unique characteristic not to divide you into groups, but to helps you understand that differences is a beauty, something that will give you an infinite numbers of lessons to learn, right? :)

When you become so mad, take a deep breath, and think, it is really their fault? or it is you the one who screwed everything up? and remember to always see the problem from others' point of views, although they never did the same. Cause you will learn something and they won't :)
I keep getting trapped in the same problem over and over again, and I can't just turn my thought into something positive. I realized it is one of my weaknesses, for not being able to think positively about a problem, and being sulky, easily distracted by my own mighty-mood haha.
And today, again it happens, something that always makes me annoyed, I dont understand how can people so care about themselves and never have an initiative to take care about others who already cared for them, and how people blame someone for a simple mistakes, while they never realized that they've already done the same- if not a worse simple mistakes 10 times more.
Yeah, you guys can call me a hypocrite or whatever, and that I never sincerely helps them, but it is humane right? to expect someone will treat you like you ever treated them, or at least expecting that someone will return your favors. It did makes me terribly mad, when someone exposed my mistakes like it is a really terrible one, while until now, I've tried my best to conceal their mistakes and told them indirectly, but it just never worked for me. And also, my other major weakness is that I am not a fuckin straightforward guy, I am just too coward confront them directly, cause I know how uncomfortable it is when someone lecture you, or talk to you about your mistakes or something that you dont do properly.
I am really sorry guys, if I suddenly become so quiet, and ignoring every single things that you guys said, I am just still immature, I still dont know how to control myself, but when it really bothers me, I know it means that you guys are important for me, I just need to take care it by myself, but at least you guys know how I see this problem from my point of view, cause when you guys see it from others' point of view, you will know that no one is right nor is wrong, and I never made this post to tell that I am the one who is right or you guys are the wrongs, haha, and you know, I learn today that praying and listening to some supporting songs is really giving me a clearer mind to asses my problems, once again I'm sorry, I really do...

Tadaa!! haha, semester pertama di UI sudah officially-over berbarengan dengan keluarnya semua nilai 5 mata kuliah, dan inilah skrinsut nilai saya :
Setelah dihitung secara manual, IP semester 1 saya 3,60 pas! Tinggi ya? haha nggak lo sebenarnya, mungkin IP saya ini just a little above average, termasuk tinggi kalo dibandingin ama anak-anak non-STAN dan rata-rata kalo dibandingin ama mahasiswa eks-STAN. Seriusan, anak-anak STAN itu emang gila banget otaknya, ada yang IP nya 4, ada yang 3,9 dan 3,7-3,8 juga ga sedikit, jadi ya IP ini sebenarnya standar aja,, rata-rata lah haha.
Jadi so far kalo ada yang nanya, lebih susah mana kuliah D3 STAN atau S1 Ekstensi UI, saya bakalan jawab D3 STAN, mungkin karena beberapa mata kuliah udah pernah disinggung kali ya waktu kuliah D3 dulu, tapi yang membuat kuliah di UI menjadi berat adalah alokasi waktunya, sebab kita harus kuliah jam 7 malam, 2 jam setelah waktu kerja normal berakhir, plus tugasnya lumayan banyak, jadi ya gitu, udah dasarnya males, capek, plus tugas haha.
Sebenarnya, ada beberapa mata kuliah yang nilainya di mark-up, pertama Akuntansi Keuangan, apa ga aneh ngeliat angka 75 "pas" kayak gitu? haha sebenarnya itu nilainya 69,95 doang, waktu saya liat nilai itu dan gradenya B- kontan saya langsung shock haha, cuma 0,05 man jadi B, haha tapi buka 5 menit kemudian tiba-tiba jadi B+ :P, terus yang Bisnis Global itu nilai UTS saya yang semula 82,5 jadi 84 haha, kayaknya supaya nilai akhirnya jadi 85, jadi kantrol-mengkatrol pun terjadi haha, gak masalah sih, saya mah seneng-seneng aja, IP saya jadi terkantrol kira-kira 0,15-0,2 :D.
Dari seluruh kelas selama semester ini, kelas favorit saya adalah Makroekonomi, dan entah kenapa saya mulai ga suka ama yang mananya Akuntansi, walaupun Bu Selvy, dosen yang ngajarin kami tengah semester pertama, saya akui salah satu yang cara ngajarnya bagus hehe. Jadi, bagi saya IP masih jadi patokan seberapa mengertinya seorang mahasiswa terhadap pelajaran, walaupun memang sekali lagi, IP bukanlah patokan dasar yang menentukan kesuksesan seorang mahasiswa hehe, Keep fighting!! masih 4 semester lagi, udah ngorbanin waktu, DL ama UANG haha masa masih sama kayak di STAN dulu?? :P

Daripada makin mikirin yang aneh-aneh, mendingan ngomongin tentang Monkey Majik, hahaha. Yeah, Monkey Majik adalah salah satu band favorit saya, meskipun sedikit sekali yang tau tentang band ini, haha bukannya saya ga suka dengan band-band Indonesia, tapi grup band jepang yang satu ini, memiliki "point of view" tentang musik yang berbeda, dibandingkan grup band pada umumnya, mulai dari aliran musik, lirik, sampai ke video clip nya sendiri.
Pertama kali tau band ini dari Yoga 2 lagu pertama yang saya tau adalah "Open Happiness" dan "Tada, Arigatou", dan lagi-lagi awalnya saya antipati, haha tapi setelah cukup lama ternyata easy-listening juga, terus nge-search lagu-lagu mereka yang lain dan ga nyangka rata-rata bagus semua, haha. Monkey Majik adalah band blasteran Jepang-Kanada, atau Japanadian, karena dari 4 personilnya, 2 orang dari jepang, dan 2 lainnya adalah kakak-adik dari Kanada, maka ga heran secara umum lagu-lagu mereka bilingual-campuran japanese-english, ada juga yang full japanese, maupun full english, walaupun band ini kurang terkenal, bahkan di negara mereka sendiri, tetapi mereka dipercaya buat nyanyiin theme-song nya CocaCola yang bertema "Open-Happiness" hehe, dan inilah lagu-lagu mereka yang menjadi favorit saya, monggo disimak hehe :

Ini lagu bilingual, haha impresi pertama saya waktu nonton video klipnya, wah!! tipe-tipe reminiscence-ing banget haha, sebenarnya lagunya tentang seseorang yang mengalami masa lalu yang buruk, dan doi masih kepikiran ampe sekarang, tapi doi bertekad buat terus move-on menghadapi masa depan, nah yang kayak gini nih bisa jadi motivasi, kalau ngeliatnya kebelakang terus, yang depan jadi ga diperhatiin kan? bisa-bisa malah nabrak, haha, translasi liriknya disini

3. Change (Feat. Yoshida Brothers)
Ini lagu yang ada kesan tradisional jepangnya, soalnya featuring Yoshida Brothers, semacam grup pemain shamisen, sebuah alat musik khas tradisional jepang, dan menurut saya ini salah satu yang musiknya keren, tapi liriknya ga kalah keren haha yang ini full-english, ceritanya tentang "Change" alias berubah, ya kayak nasehatin gitu, kayaknya semacam implisit menceritakan tentang kebohongan-kebohongan yang "menyamankan" dan juga ngasi tau kalau kabur terus-menerus kapan berubah haha? pokoknya mantap lah ada efek "jleb" nya ini lagu hehe.
4. Together
Another semi-mellow song, haha mirip banget kayak tipe lagunya bli Jason, walaupun mellow tapi sebenarnya bukan lagu galau, justru lagu-lagu mellownya ngasi semangat haha, kalau yang ini intinya tentang seseorang yang ditinggal orang tercintanya, but as the other momaji's song, this one also has a happy ending haha, akhirnya dia semangat lagi, walaupun orang yang dicintainya jauh, tetapi jiwanya terasa dekat hahaha. it is a nice song, indeed :). translasinya disini
5. Closer to You
Nah yang ini lagu romantis dalam kesan yang berbeda, tentang seorang yang suka ama seseorang yang lain, tapi malu-malu mau dalam ngungkapinnya haha, pas banget ini lagu hehe.
6. Fly
Another bilingual song, and it is one of the grooviest song of Momaji, dengerin lagunya aja dah bikin semangat haha, sering banget muter ini pagi-pagi pas nyampe kantor haha.
7. My Home Town
Lagu ini selalu ngingetin tentang kampung halaman, haha cerita di lagu ini, tentang suasana sehari-hari di kampung halamannya haha so sweet,
8. Westview
Ini lagu yang judulnya sama ama judul lagu mereka, westview, counterpasrtnya album mereka yang lain eastview, jadi nyeritain pandangan seorang jepang di dunia barat, haha kalo eastview itu cara pandang bagaimana hidup di Jepang, dari pandangan seorang westener, ga heran soalnya 2 orang personilnya adalah orang kanada, dan bagi saya melihat persepsi dan point of view orang lain terhadap permasalahan yang sama , menjadi hal yang sangat menarik :)
9. Mitsumoto
Sama kayak yang sebelum-sebelumnya, ini juga semacam lagu motivasi haha, tapi di kemas dalam versi yang lebih ceria, this is why i like monkey majik, they often motivate us with their songs haha.
10. Picture Perfect (feat. M-flo)
Yang ini lagu nge-beat, kolaborasi ama rapper terkenal di jepang, lagunya tentang deskripsi seorang cewek yang cakep haha, dan permintaan maaf karena telah menyakiti si cewek haha.
